How long is your delivery time?
Orders are normally shipped within 1-3 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order has been shipped. For deliveries outside Sweden, shipping terms and delivery times may vary.
What is your return policy?
You have 14 days to return your order from the date you received it. The product must be unused, in its original sealed and unopened packaging. For health and hygiene reasons, the right to return only applies to our Glorious Hair hair oil and oregano oil . Returns must be notified within 14 days of receipt and you are responsible for the return shipping. Once we have received and approved the return, we will refund the full amount within 5–10 working days.
Are the products safe for children?
Natural and gentle skin care products are often safe from around age 5. Products with essential oils and dietary supplements are recommended from age 12.
Can I use your products if I am pregnant or breastfeeding?
During pregnancy and breastfeeding, it is especially important that you consult a midwife or doctor before use.
Where are your products produced?
All our products are manufactured in small batches in our production facility in Malmö. Our ingredients are carefully selected, with great emphasis on purity, quality and traceability.
Can I use your products together with medication?
We recommend that you consult a doctor before combining our products with medical treatment.
