TERMS OF PURCHASE

Sattva Essentials AB (corporation number: 559489-3280) only contracts are concluded with adults. If the person is a minor, the permission of a guardian is required. The contract is in Swedish and we currently only deliver within Sweden.

1. RETURNS AND COMPLAINTS

In case of return and/or complaint, please contact us at support@sattvaessentials.se .

1. RETURN

You can return products from us at Sattva Essentials within 14 days and get your money back if you regret your purchase. The right to cancel a purchase is valid for 14 days and starts from the day you received the order.

Returned products must be unopened for the right of withdrawal to apply. The customer can pack the return in the same packaging that we sent the products in. You as the customer are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

1. COMPLAINT

Complaints only apply in the event of faulty production and damage that has occurred during transport.

If we are unable to replace you with a similar product, you have the right to cancel the purchase and be refunded for the product.

Sattva Essentials AB is responsible for the shipping cost in the event of an approved complaint.

2. REFUND

If the return is approved, you have the option to purchase something else or receive a refund. The refund is normally made within 14 working days of the return being approved.
